Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
New Owners are just as bad as the last. Minor repairs go un fixed for a couple of weeks. Major repairs,lie air conditioning took three day( 3, 90 degree days) to fix.
Overall I think the new owners and mangement dont give a crap either.
