Well , it has its own good and bad

Bad

1) No tennis court and fitness center and though there is a pool its not open till now.
2) Rent is a bit expensive
3) Though Staff is prompt in fixing probs , sometimes they have no clue abt the problem. Like we have a dishwasher problem and they are not able to fix it even after
trying to several times.On the other hand there was a sewage problem they fixed it immediately.
4)Many insects and mosquitoes in summer maybe because of so many trees/bushes in the middle of the apartment complex.

Good

1) Has car port and ample parking space.
2) Every apartment has its own washer and drier
3) Maybe because we are in ground floor and lot of trees behind , its very cool inside and we dint have to switch on AC for the entire summer till now.
4)clean carpets and well maitained apartments.
5) Its in a center place and near by to shopping malls, resturatants etc
6) The apartments are very spacious compared to the others i have seen.

So now you decide , would you like it here :-)
We had a good time though .
