I heard really bad things about the leasing agents from others who were trying to apply for the townhouses. But with me she was extremely nice, made all copies for me, explain everthing to me, and also wished me good look. I haven't been approved yet but i'm keep my fingers crossed

p.s. I don't think race has anything to do with it.
