I used to live here with my son for 3 years. I did encounter one staff member who was a little curt. However, my experiences were mostly pleasant. I did fail to advise of an income change once and I could have had rent lowered or deferred because of an illness. I think people don't know that this is a subsidized rental. There are income requirements to meet. This place was a godsend to my family. We have a house now, but my son still misses it. It was his favorite home so far. Truth be told. I miss living there, too. It was quiet and well kept. I didn't ever have problems with my apartment that were not handled professionally and quickly.

I used to pay without cable like $25 - $35 for gas and electric each. However, that was back in 2001.
