I lived there for approx. 6 years before we moved into our first house, and it was the best place for us. We lived in a 2 bed. and then a 3 bed. and just loved them we were lucky and had corner townhomes both times which was awesome! The only bad thing was the pools were not always cleaned and/or opened in the summer. I also have to agree that the schools aren't the best which is why we moved to a different city. I still miss my townhome though I will drive by sometimes and remember the good times there. If for some reason I ever needed I would look into Countryside again, However I plan to always own a house!!!

does anyone know what the utilities average around for the complex, etc a one or two bedroom apt?
