I have lived in Countryside on the Brookshear Cr since 1999. The place was a great place to live until about 2004 and since then it keeps getting worst. They seem to be letting anyone move in and it seems like there is a lot of college students, who like to party all night, have several adults living in one unit and they leave trash laying around. We have to deal with loud music, fighting, screaming and yelling nightly and most of this occurs after 11p.m. The office does nothing about this problems even after they have received complaints from several different neighbors. You cannot have your windows open because of the noise level you cannot hear your TV in the same room as you. It also seems to be a lot of drunk driving because several cars and mailboxes have been smashed from this young kids leaving the parties. The rent also increases yearly by 30-40 a month and they lack doing any improvements especially inside the units, several areas are out dated or dirty, that is unless you live in the area with the manager as they got new landscaping and the manager has a dog but residents cannot.
Also its the Pontiac School district, so thats another reason why its not a good place for families.

The only positive thing to say is a couple of the maintenance guys really do there job.

i hate countryside im a paralegal i stayed there for over 3 years it's the ghetto i recommend no one but felonies to stay there i recently did a sex offender search and found that there are over 45 sex offenders how ever there are dozens and dozens of children. they do well landscaping however they don't put up trash kids all over the place the manager has a excuse for herself she finds that problems make them selves and not the fact that the apartments are 35 years old. judy is so rude to the tenants however not to her family i seem her laughing once in her life and that was a family moment i tried call the main propery manager guess here he is in CA so the properties and tenants are here and we are in trash and hes living lavishin the sun. the police ride through here on bike and cars to keep there eyes open for peace brokers and they watch them and start the party all over again if you walk down the court it smells of marijuana from the partying teenagers and there horrible manners. this place all in all is rated at a -50 and i would not recommend a rat staying there however they do because i found most of them dead in my basement right with all the tree roaches which countryside has and the beetle they say it's because of the woods i says cause it always trashy. or maybe because the property is like its manager a poor look and poor taste and if you imagine hard enough this might be a place to live.......for a RAT

does anyone know what the utilities average around for the complex, etc a one or two bedroom apt?
