we were told that our rent won't ever go up, but in the past year, it's gone up by almost $100! Everything here drips... can't stand it! Faucets, bathtubs, sinks, everything leaks! We had a bath pipe problem and we felt like it was an emergency because it was leaking through our kitchen cabinets and sofening the wood. We called it in and they didn't even come out to fix it until 2 days later. According to them, it wasn't a big deal. Then our showerhead wasn't working and I called the maintenance number that was given to me on the answering machine and left a message. They didn't come by for another couple of days to fix it. And everything creaks too! Very annoying! I cannot wait to move out of here! AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt

Obviously the negative responses are based upon bitter emotions. If you hate living @ Countryside so much MOVE!!! I have issues with the enviroment, but it's the people who I am neihbors with. There are a lot of lifers who live here and they're just plain fed up with the children that are left to play, day after day, with NO SUPERVISION!! Yes ther is Icecream wrappers on the ground by kids that are old enough to know better, but they're parents don't care why should they. I find that positive reinforcement works best. I'm out there with my kids and everyone elses I let them know who's boss and what's exceptable make them aware that they should care. I found that they pitch in and pick it all up when asked. I am an adult I pick it up if it's in my space way easier then getting all upset about it. I live in the court that they call the " toilet" and "Ghetto" It can get tedious at times but you act on it. I live here too I need to do my part when others don't. It's low rent for what you get, undenied otherwise I wouldn't be here. The grounds don't look ghetto, when I need maintenence for anything they'er here in under an hour. I've moved umteen times in my short 33 years and this is the longest I've stayed put. 4 years I've been here, the only complaints is rent is increasing considerably, but is still below market. And Judy definately needs to move on, but I paid last months rent and saw a new face so maybe our dreams have come true...
