I'm trying to help my brother find a place to stay. He's getting ready to move to the area and doesn't want to infringe on my wife and I. I called the leasing office twice... one lady said everything is based on the income, the other lady said everything is based on credit. Can anybody provide any insight into Countryside's admittance requirements'

From my own experience back in 1998 it is based on income since it's subsidized housing. I hope that helps.

rent amount is based on income and whether you are requesting a 1,2,3 bedroom townhouse. they check your credit to see if they want the risk of renting to you.

both. And they'll tell you that your rent won't ever go up as long as your income remains the same. But I've lived there for 2 years and my rent has increased 3 times already and will raise for the 4th time in January.

Its based on both, first you have to make so much the more you make the more rent you pay, then if you have bad credit you don't get in
