I lived at Countryside only for one year and thats only because I had to. The office staff are nothing but rude witches especially Julie. She treats you as if you were beneath her and no good. She is nothing but a you know what. Not professional at all. It is noisy with tons of bad kids running around. The pool doesn't even have chairs or a table to sit at. I do not reccommend living here at all!! If they send you a letter stating their adding improvements like sprinklers to the grounds... that means your rent will go up.

I agree about Julie - wrong profession for her. Your rent only goes up as your income increases. Still not sure what your actual complaint is other than office staff.
