I moved here because my other apartment had the same property management company and I thought they would be run the same. HA!

Didn't realize it was HUD and subsidized until too late. First month into my lease my rent was raise $36.00.

You can grow weeds, not flowers. The walls are thin, you can hear your neighbors shower, even when they take the bath mat off the tub, toilet flush, hair dryer etc. Also you can hear them yell at their kids like it was in your own place.

The place is beautiful in the winter with the snow on the trees and the deer and other animals, that I loved.

My small grandchildren were with me for a while and the hot water heater went on a Saturday, I called maint. and was told no hot water was not considereded an emergency, so I had to have it fixed myself and they would not even consider any kind of reimbersement.

The office people are okay, friendly all except one, she is in the wrong business not to like people.

I agree the dragon lady needs to either get laid or at least laid off.... she's too rude and needs to be told off. She even has pets of her own and actually lives there from what I have been told. Im sorry your experience was horrible I guess I was living on the right side of country side (I lives on country Side circle) and i was kicked out because we had two cats and we were caught with them. =/ ah well.

you guys are like some whiners and we at the office are not rude. We are like so nice and we try to treat everyone with the way that they should be treated. Maybe if you were following like our rules and not having cats and being loud then we like would not have had problems with you. To all future residents this is a great place to live.

Is it hard to get in I do make the rental requirements but my credit is at a 4.89 I guess 5.0 would be average... I was thinking about moving here in feb I hope I can..

I'm shocked that you didn't realize it was HUD. Where else can you get a decent place for so amazingly cheap? A $36 increase, seriously, go whine about it somewhere else. That's nothing. I've been places that will raise it $50-150 each year.

I agree the staff is terribly rude in the office. I have no issues with the upkeep or maintenance staff.
