When I first moved to Knollwood Place Apts. the management staff was great. Especially in the winter with snow and ice removal from parking areas, steps, and mailboxes.

However, in the last two years, with their latest management staff, maintenance and apartment repair go undone, because the "forget" to write out the repair order. Snow is not removed from parking areas or mailboxes and walkways. Ice is not salted. Parts of the parking lot become an ice rink with no way to avoid it between your car and the apartment or the mailbox. The management staff has been informed in writing, but has ignored the issue.

My dryer hasn't worked in a year. They have looked at it twice and claim it works fine. It smells like something is burning, but they aren't worried. I have compained more than twice, but they seem to "forget" to write out repair requests.
