We moved here in early september 2004. The two ladies working in the office are very nice and quite strange at the same time. They give the place character.

There has only been one time that we have had to call maintenece and they arrived within a day with out having to remind them or anything.

They shovel everything promptly, sometimes while it is still snowing. I do wish they would shovel the sidewalk in front of the office though as i walk to oakland.

The best part of the apartments here is the location. I walk to oakland university so being across the street is nice. The auburn hills library is just down the street too.
