Highway robbery as it is.

The locals are loud (the appartments towards the back, where mine is, also gets the parties from the next complex over too) and often fairly spiteful. The appliances are no les than a decade old in places. The hot water heater is tiny (not enough for two showers even) and so on.

the building we're in has taken a decided tilt, as if built on unsteady ground. Maitnance often needs to be called two or three times and is often late even then. When we moved in, the grounds maitnance was mostly good (they never did do the sidewalks though) but it's been slacking over the last few months, and let's not forget the landlady who assumes that all problems are from user issue and never seems to fill out any paperwork beyond who payed what.

This place would be a steal at half the price, as it is, it's worthless. Rent here only if you need to walk to OU and can't live on campus (yes, campus housing is better than here)!
