Knollwood has been my home for two years and I am very happy here. My rent is the same price as when I moved in. The maintenance guys are very good and the office staff is friendly and helpful. It's not fancy but with the free rent offered it's a pretty good deal especially when you have a roommate. Some of the appliances are old but when my dryer broke it was replaced within a couple days. And my parking lot needs fixed, but All in all I would recommend Knollwood.
