We lived at Knollwood for 2 years, and I can say that the staff has been absolutely amazing- repairs were always made VERY promptly, and all of our questions were answered in a quick and friendly manner. Regarding noise complaints that others have mentioned- keep in mind that this is a college town. We had one noise complaint, and when we addressed it with Gail, the tenant was notified and there was never another problem. Though the complex is oder than some, the maintenance staff has done a great job keeping the place clean and safe- when our washing machine stopped working, a new one was brought in the very next day! For the price and location, I can't imagine that you'd find a better place to live!
