It's been a year here at Knollwood Place and I recently came across this website and felt it's a great forum(kinda) which can be used in knowing the pros and cons of a place. I will try to be as objective as possible while writing this review.

PROS:

1.) The location. This place is near lots of restaurants, shopping malls, movie theaters, hospitals, YMCA, OU, public libraries.
2.) Safety. This place is safe...really really safe. I have always felt safe here.
3.) The office staff, Gail & Joetta are very kind and helpful. They look into your problems and make sure they are resolved in time.
4.) The maintenance staff is simply fantastic. Sorry...I don't know their names. The reason being I have called maintenance just twice in last one year!!!
5.) We have lot of OU students population here but there have never been a major problem wherein the police has to be called or stuff like that which I know for sure keeps on happening in our nearby apartments. The student community here are pretty responsible and the management pretty strict.
6.) Lot of storage space...in kitchen, laundry room and there is a storage room too :)
7.) It's a small apartment complex so it's easy for the office and maintenance staff to handle problems effectively.
8.) Last but not the least.....The Pool! It's clean and beautiful...surrounded by woods.
9.) Parking : Brightly lit and always available :)

CONS:

1.) The exteriors look pretty dull and the grounds very plain and simple. I hope they do something about it and work towards making them look more attractive and beautiful.
2.) The paint that is used on the walls is pretty cheap quality. One scratch and it leaves a deep mark on the walls. They should definitely use a better quality.
