Within the first month of living there, I was presented with a $750 electric bill from the Lake Village staff. This bill was obviously unpaid from the previous tenant - and you would think the office staff would have recognized this. I was called 3 times after this incident, and had to keep explaining to the office staff that IT WASN'T MY BILL. There is obviously no communication that goes on there. After being hassled numerous times, I had to take care of this problem, since Lake Village obviously couldn't handle it. It's ridiculous living there, and it's not the only other problem I've had. I would absolutely NOT recommend living here in these overpriced, non-noise-resistant apartments.
