all i have to say, is this place is way overpriced, and most of the apartments are vacant, you wonder why' you can rent a house for as much as they are asking to live here. They try to act like the place is so luxurious, but half the time I try to get into the place, the gates are busted down. you'd think they'd have a camera up or something, so ppl. would stop busting the gates down. Another time, they replaced the gates, and they had them spaced out so far apart, an s.u.v. was able to drive inbetween the gates! How pathetic...It says the gated area is under surveillance, but that's not true at all.I signed my lease papers, I was told I only needed to put down 250.00 as my deposit. Then a few days later, I got a call saying I needed to put down another 1,200.00 because my boyfriend and I are only "moderate income" wow, that makes sense huh. Charge us more because we're not rich. If we were, we wouldn't be living here. The office people are so fake, it's not even funny. I think they only hire barbie dolls. That is probably the requirement to get a job in the office. The heat bills are close to one hundred dollars a month to live in a one bedroom apartment here. That is only with my heat being set to 60-65 degrees in the winter time, obviously the windows aren't very insulated. I can't wait untill I move out, but then I can imagine what they're going to try to stick me with so they can keep my outrageously high deposit they made me leave down. They try to get you to sign a lease here by saying they have all these great amenities, like free carwash in the complex!! I drove around to find that & guess what it was...a hose outside with a small piece of metal over it. Wow, great carwash people! You'd think with all the vacancies here, they might lower the rent, & the office staff would stop lieing to their potential tenants just to lure them into signing a lease. Another thing is that if you need something, like my mailbox key didn't work in my mailbox, the office people will say that they'll call you back at a certain time or a certain day, & they never do. I had to go in there 3 times about a freaking key. I also had to go in there a few times to get my garage opener because they supposivly didn't have anyone there to "program" it at the time. Anyways, I would try Indian Lake Village next time. I won't re-sign our lease here.

In addition to this review I wrote a few months ago, My b.f. lost his gate pass and the office people charged us $25.00 to get a new one, so I was just going to use the guest part of the gate to get in instead of buying a $25.00 piece of plastic, and they said they programmed it to work with the last 4 numbers of our cell phone, and guess what? It didn't work. So we ended up buying the gate pass, and then that didn't even work.
