What ever you do, don't live at Lake Village!!!First, if you live on the 1st floor, you are guaranteed to have bugs everywhere all summer long! And I'm not talkin a few lady bugs...I am talkin thousands of roly polys, spiders, and slugs!!! Not to mention, everytime it rains...it leaks. If it doesn't right when you move in, it will. Now if you live on the top floor your bills during the winter are going to be going thru thr roof becasue thats where all your heat will be going too!!!

I don't know how you have bugs, but I havent seen any in my apartment, and neither have 5 of my friends which have apartments in Lake Village either. And my friends live in upper apartments and they dont have huge heating bills, there's just really nice cathedral ceilings.

If you spray some pesticide stuff, they'll go away. Thats what I had to do.
