The staff is not knowledgeable, I had to come three different times before I clearly got though to them what I wanted. They never have any answers either. When I moved in, my apartment was DIRTY. I'm pretty sure they only vacuumed. I did the checklist and the maintenance guy came and fixed all my stuff (he was great, very pleasant). But they never told me I was going to have someone come back to clean the place... so a week later a lady came into my apartment UNANNOUNCED, WITH OUT permission. The office wrote on my work order "permission to enter" with out asking me. By the time the cleaning lady did come, it was too late. Now its been about a month and we have bugs EVERYWHERE, hundred's of rolly pollies and spiders. I sprayed but they're still here. The parking is limited and the cupboards are too high. They also tell you that you won't hear your upstairs neighbors, well that is untrue! We got lucky with ours, they are rarely home. We can hear them walking around, even going to the bathroom. It's poor. I'd have to say, the only reason we picked these apartments is because we have 2 dogs, and the location is good. Otherwise we ware not satisfied with the customer service or apartment itself.

I have the same problems with hearing the neighbors, the roly polys, and that my apartment was disgusting when I moved in.
