I don't know how LVAH was in the past, but I've recently moved into a 3 bedroom loft and I love it here. Yeah, it is a little pricey, but if I wasn't willing to pay the price, I wouldn't live here. The office staff has always been friendly with me and the maintaince has respond promptly, even though I've only needed them once. The workout facility is now very up-to-date and the pool is great. I love the location. There are problems with parking because they have so many garages and barely any parking spaces. On rare occasions I can hear my neighbors. The gates are always broken and I think they need to be replaced with better ones, but I don't feel unsafe because if that. However, some of the people writing reviews obviously haven't rented other apartments and experienced real renting problems. I know most of the reviews are also old and most of the problems have been fixed. There are always glitches where ever you're renting at. I would recommmend this apartment complex to anyone who wants plenty of space and a great place to live.

I have lived in 4 different apartments, all of which were significantly cheaper - and i've never had a staff as bad as this one (overall). The apartments themselves are really nice, but the staff is incompetent.
