Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
I lived here for two years. Not much different than your typical apartment community except for the following:
1. Great ammenities such as clubhouse and exercise area (it's more than a room -- it's a health club!)
2. Friendlier and more helpful stff. If you are cheerful and easy to get along with that's how you get treated in return.
3. Noise transmitted up & down .. crying kids and heavy footsteps were my biggest complaints. Side to side (same floor) was pretty quiet ... no TV or stereo bleed through.
4. Maintenance service was prompt and effective. Grounds and parking areas well maintained. no gripes.
5. Price was up there but location and convenience offset the cost somewhat
