We lived at Lake Village of Auburn Hills for 2-1/2 years. When we moved out in August, they made an error in calculating how much we should get back on security deposit (of course $500 to their advantage) . We tried to contact them numerous times with no succes and had to take them to small claims court. They didn't even show up so now we have a default judgment against them and, of course, they haven't paid so we are now going to have to garnish their bank account to get our money. This has all cost us time and money. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
