I wouldn't wish that my worst enemy live here! The people that work in the office are ridiculous. The manager, I think her name is --- (though you wouldn't know it, as she's never available or so she says) is just vile. I have never met such a terrible manager ever! I wouldn't live anywhere that she managed again. They should have to pay you to live here. The utilities are outrageous. During the winter you can't keep the apartment warm because they bought cheap furnaces. I was also told by a maintenance man that when they built the complex they cut a lot of corners and didn't spend enough money on the furnaces. They're not large enough to get the warm air throughout the apartment. Pathetic. They have all these rules that you have to abide by, but they don't even keep up their end of the deal. DOn't be fooled by all the amenities they say they have. It's a lie. Garbage pick up 7 days a week. Yeah, only when the night guy does it M-F. On the weekends your garbage will sit out for days or at least until noon because the regular maintenance guys are morons and lazy.
