I am so glad that I am leaving this place very soon! When we first moved in we thought this would be an excellent place to live, but all that changed after only 10 days. This place is very poorly managed, poorly constructed, poorly maintained, poorly etc! There is a set of stairs that leads to the floor my apartment is on and after 10 days of living here, a cement stair crumbled to the ground, which made it very difficult to get up the stairs. Prior to the whole stair crumbling, we called the front office to tell them that there was a crack in the stair and that the stair was sinking in. We were ignored, which led to the stair giving in 10 days later. When the stair was no longer there, we called again but the stair was still not repaired. We had to break out the camera and send pictures to the property manager and the property owners. After that was done, the stair was fixed that night. That is just one incident of very poor complex managing. The most recent event is the remodeling effort that the complex is undergoing. The complex is having cement work done to the sidewalks around the complex. Unfortunately for me, it is more important that the work gets done rather than allow me access to my home. There is only one sidewalk that leads me to stairs to get to my apartment. The complex had that sidewalk dug up one day and we had to walk through the sinking sand and or jump caddy corner across the egde of the grass to reach the other piece of cement. It is defintely a neat trick when you have heavy groceries or anything you want to keep clean in your hand:) We called to the front office and asked them to please lay a piece of wood over the sand so that we can get to the stairs. They told me to basically find another way in. Poor Management! Then they poured cement into the area they dug up, but it so happens that the area is larger and the caddy corner trick no longer works unless you are handsfree, long legs, agile, young, and can make the leap. No one at the front office cared to help or even tried to figure out what we were supposed to do while the cement is drying. The management ultimately makes you feel like you do not want to give such incompetent people money for the rent, they don't deserve it! If I would have been a practicing attorney, I would have found all the statutes that apply to the haphazard manner that the management is treating the residence. I am estatic to leave this place. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd

We didn't live at your same building, but we had very similar experiences! We've lived in 5 apartments in our lifetime, and this BY FAR, was the WORST!
