I've been a homeowner for the last 10 years and found myself facing apartment living again due to a recent divorce. I have resided at Lake Village for approx 5 months now and I just love it! I have a 2 bdrm loft style apartement which is by far the coolest layout I have ever seen offered in an apartment. There is so much space, I would easily classify this as a condo rather than an apt. The staff is very helpful, I've only had minor things that needed attention but they come and take care of whatever it is within 24 hours of me reporting it. They accept my package deliveries for me and store them securely until I can pick up. They look after my dog when I travel! They are contstantly working to improve the area and doing maintenance work so that nothing is ever in a very bad state of repair. Neighbors area all nice and relatively quiet. The noise level is as good as or better than you'll find in any apartment community. Price is a little high but it is definately a higher standard of living then most apartments have to offer. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, not sure what everyone else on here has to gripe about, I am very picky and fussy but have nothing bad at all to say about this place. Only downside I guess is parking at times, as there are garages for rent instead of carports and most people don't pay to have them so everyone is trying to use the curbside parking.

LOL! Securely, meaning in the hallway where they just send anybody who asks about a package to go find their own package? Yeah... nice try.

Any time I ever go in for a package, I wait in the lobby and they take my package notice, and get my package for me. I tried once to get my own before, when they were busy and the door was actually locked.
