I am a current resident. This is a beautiful place to live, and if my apartment was a house I wouldn't have a problem at all. BUT it's not a house it's and apartment and I pay my rent every month on time and you would think that If I called to get something simple repaired (the lock on my door sticking) that someone would come over and fix it. Yeah they will after two months. Parking is horrible, and if you buy the garage it's expensive and crappy. The office staff and manager are rude,never get back with you, and if you want anything done you have to go up there because they don't answer the phone. Oh yeah and this is what takes the cake. They have valet trash, but if by chance your trash is left behind you get charged $25. Most of the time the trash man overlooks the trash or people put trash out all day so there is always trash outside all day everyday. Also if you rent the clubhouse prepare your self for a hassle. They say they are luxary, but luxary must mean cheap. Because in my apartment I have cheap carpet, cheap windows, and cheap framing. My heat bill is so high due to the poorly insulated windows. All the apartment next to me has mold growing in it. That's why they won't rent is out. Also I live in the back so not only to I have bug problems, but the noise form the highway keeps me up all night, and if you don't have a house phone don't count on getting a signal on your cell phone AT ALL.
