These apartments are called Luxury apartments. Lake Village should be sued for having a name like Luxury apartments. The name is VERY misleading. This is the worst apartments that I have ever lived in. On the second day of living in my apartment I told my boyfriend that I hate these apartments and I wanted to move out. Everything in these apartments are cheap from the kitchen floors to the cabinets to the washer and dryer. My gas and electric bills are astronomical because of the poor appliances and windows. The management and the maintenance staff are good for nothing. As far as I am concerned they should all be fired!!!! It is very true that they never answer the phone. Nor do they do anything else at these apartments. There is a huge sheet of ice right outside the door. My boyfriend has fallen twice. They don't shovel or salt the sidewalks or plow until days later. The amount of bugs is ridiculous. The parking is HORRENDOUS. If you come home by 5:00 pm get ready for a workout because you will have to walk a long distance to get to your apartment. I wish someone would have warned me before I moved here. Please look elsewhere DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! I can't wait to move out of this DUMP.
