The management at this aprtment complex is terrible. Before living here, we rented from about 4 other places and never had a problem, this place though, we had nothing but problems. I recently moved out, and I just got a bill stating that we have about $600 in property damage although me and my roommate are two of the most gental renters and did not cause any damage other than a small stain on the carpet. They also said that we didn't pay $751 in rent, even though I know we did. Plus, our rent was $835/month, how would we not pay $751'

This place nickels and dimes you to death, and are a pain to deal with. They act nice, but when it comes right down to it, they don't care. I will NEVER reccomend anyone to live here.

Update:
A couple of days after writing this I was able to settle the issue with Lake Village. I don't know if they read this review or not, but I was able to get help and an explaination for the charges. All but the $75 for the carpet were dropped, and we are getting most of our damage deposit back. So I was just wanted to say they are willing to work things out even if it means you have to press them hard.
