I have lived at Lake Village for over 2 years and have had no problems at all. I talk with the office staff quite often and they are all very understanding. I lost my job and couldn't pay my rent in full until I found another job and the manager was kind enough to work with me until I got caught back up. She returned my calls and is very nice to deal with as well as the other girls in the office. Maintenance is one of the best I've ever had, and that says a lot since I've been renting since 1992. I think the longest I waited for anything to be done was 3 days, but typically things are done within the day. They will even change light bulbs! Obviously some people will not be happy with everything, and it is rare that people who are happy even take the time to comment about it. I love it here, and plan to stay for quite some time.
