well, we loved the apartment, 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, cathedral ceilings, gas fireplace, 1150 sq ft.. the staff was always available for any of our concerns and the maintence people were quick to respond. of course this was in june 2001 and we were also allowed a free garage. (well a carport with a door) most people used the garage for storage, so the parking was a pain. (that would be my biggest complaint, the parking could cost you a 1/4 mile hike to your apt.) everything else was good, trash was always picked up, snow removal was completed before sunrise, and the lawns always looked nice. maybe something has changed, but they were great apartments when i lived there from june 2001 until june 2002. biggest deal was we could have dogs and yes, i always picked up my dogs waste, unlike other tennants. (that might be complaint #2, but how can you blame the apt's mgmt' adults should acts like adults and if they don't pick up their dog's waste, it's their lazyness, not the apt's mgmt.) oh, one last thing. yes the gates were broken most of the time, but that would be due to your fellow renters whose friends would show up and try to drive through them wihtout calling the renter. they would either drive through them or tail gate you through it. (which would cause me to drive really slow so the gate would hit their car.) unless things have changed for the worse, i would live in these apartments again, me and the wife lived the apt. we had.

Different management company at that time, so your good review is a moot point.
