I lived here for 16 months out of an 18 month lease.I had to leave for personal reasons. The manager let me know all that I would only be charged for the 2 months left of the lease.. No problem right' NO.. they sent me a bill for $3000 and said $1500 was for carpet replacement. My friend worked there so I am very aware that they pay at the most $300 for carpet and the shady workers there install it themselves. Not to mention the carpet wasnt even ruined. I went in there after my fiance was arrested and made sure it was spotless. it was ready for someone to move in. I was told by my neighbors that they had someone move in the last week of July, so therefore I would be responsible for the month of August. Well when you call Tom at the regional office... after he bitched me & my roommate out he told the collection agency that he would take the $900 off for rent if we paid within 24 hours... YEAH RIGHT! I asked for proof of carpet replacement and reciepts and WEIRD they couldnt come up with anything. I have no an attorney involved and we are fighting. This apartment complex will ruin your credit. They make the apartments sound so nice and the security deposit is so cheap.. they should just tell you in the beggining they are going to send you a bill for $1500 afterwards for carpet that didnt need to be replaced.
Not to mention my friend that worked there.. She lived there for 3 years and they tried to charge her $1200 for carpet replacement. She was able to get an attorny and they backed down. They told her the carpet replacement was due to exxcessive wear & tear in the hall way and in front of where the couches were. Well Yeah after 3 years.. I would think so especially since the carpet they put in there is cheap as ----..
They put new carpet in my apartment and it broke 3 vaccums of mine.
On to the parking, THERE IS NOTHING GOOD ABOUT THE PARKING. You are lucky if you get home early enough to park remotly near your apartment. They have all these garages but they want to charge you anywhere from $50 to $75 extra for them per month. So silly.. Just remove them so people dont have to walk a mile back home.
As for the staff.. They are sweet as pie when your moving but once your in they turn on you. The finally had someone decent working there but they ran her out because she was so nice and worked harder then the rest they had to get rid of her because she made them look bad. Not to mention I called ONE time to ask about the current prices for the apartments when my friend was looking.. she was busy at school so I said I would call. I talked to Paula and she refused to give me any information.. she was beyond rude. Then when my friend finally called Paula accused her of being me and wouldnt give her prices, needless to say my friend moved somewhere else.
I have never had so many problems with one place. If you know what is good for you dont move here. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
