When I first moved in they were great until the problems started. First it took nearly a month to get a mailbox, then the bug problem started. Soon after the washer broke, the refridgerator only worked if you put food all the way in the back of it because the seal was leaking and the food in the front would spoil. I am just getting started. Gated community, YEAH RIGHT, the gates were closed for a total of 2 weeks in the 5 months I lived there which allowed the crack dealer next door to stay in business. I was also told at one time by the grounds crew that there crew was told not to warn residents of a series of recent break ins because people might leave. All of these problems were never addressed which is why I moved out. I would call and then they would send someone and that person would leave a letter on the counter and never fix anything. At one time all of the toilet seats were falling off of the toilets and my 4 year old sons leg was pitched when he went to sit down. I could go on for hours and I only lived there for 5 months. Once they started refusing to fix any of the problems I stopped paying rent and got the hell out. Oh yeah the pet policy they make you sign is completely fake, they have rotts, pits and every other kind of dog you can imagine. I have no problem with that except they made me give up my dog before I moved in stating that it was policy. Was also told that I could only sign a 2 year lease which was also fake. I called the cops and even they stated that the place has become a total dump. One day in the summer a kid pooped in the pool and the pool attendants did not do anything, They did not even tell people. After all of this I still shampooed the carpets when I left and cleaned the whole place and now they are trying to make me pay this huge bill. ---, the manager will screw you over any chance she gets. I tried to work a deal to pay any outstanding balance and leave and she wouldn't do it. There were 8 apartments in my building and only 2 remain rented because we all had these problems. Ironically 1 of the remaining tenants is the crack dealer which the cops visit on a regular basis. She remains because the complex gets they money from this ladies retired mother pension. DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE FOR ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I will join you. They screwed me BIG time.... I think anyone that has or had to pay money to that ---- hole should join us and get an attorny together... take them down!

This apartment complex is the most unethical, unfriendly, and unwilling to help their residents. They advertise to have a "secure gated community." This is one of the biggest jokes, the gate has never worked consistently in a 2 year span. There was 1 month that there was over 40 robberies in the complex.There were multiple apartments that had leaking ceilings. The leaks ruined the carpets which obviously created a mildewy rancid smell. It took maintenance over 2 months to fix these apartments. Most of the useless females that work in the office can never help you or claim that they are " only leasing agents." They are obviously not very good at what they do because every time you walk in there they try and sell you an apartment! You think they would recognize you after paying rent every month. Even the SAME person who sold you the apartment to begin with! They decided to fix the roads inside the complex, which seemed like a good idea until 4 resident cars were damaged!

Any chance you can tell me what building you were in? I'm pretty sure I live next to the crack dealer, I've had my suspicions and I'm not comfortable with this.
