Didn't receive security deposit after 2 1/2 years and court judgment

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
They tried to keep most of my security for nonsense items. I responded within proper time and got nothing. I had to file suit in Rochester District Court and I received a judgment for double security deposit. However 2 1/2 years of going to the manager to pay, I have to go back to court to get them to pay. They are full uf excuses and tell you anything. Don't rent there.
