The employees of this copmpany are probably coming on here and writing false reviews of the place because they all just started suddenly
I used to live at LV and I am using this website to find a new place. The main reason is this only: the walls are so thin that I have no privacy. I can also hear normal volume conversations from my neighbors. It is humiliating to have to see my neighbors and know the private details of their lives because the wqalls are so thin. In most parts of the world where people live in tiny apartments, at least the walls are made of concrete. In most of the USA, they at least have laws about how thin walls can be. Not so at lake village.
I was considering moving to an empty building (there are many of these) until I read that some of the new tenants are on section 8 and there is less safety in those empty buildings because of breakins.
Nothing against section 8 but this place must be desperate just like most of michigan. I would rather my money benefit a nice family who can't sell their house or a company that does honest buisness than send my money to a cortporation that rips off people who can't do much about it.

I live here and I don't have an issue with noise what so ever. Most of my friends come here from their apartments in other areas, and come here for peace and quiet to study.

Lake village is not a section 8 property. Get your facts straight.
