From the start we had problems. First, the agent (then Ast. Mgr.) signed a lease that would not be honored after she quit. Next, parking. We complained about the parking issue with the other residences. Management did NOTHING ! The rent was too high for the poor service we received. We complained about the AC not working and we were told the unit was to old to fix. Overall VERY POOR !

Lake village was built in the late 90's so there shouldn't be any reason you're a/c couldn't be fixed, I've lived here for about 2 years and maintenance was never an issue until the last 2-3 months. Amurcon must have made some changes in management again, making service worse AGAIN. This place is a dump

Exactly. The grand opening for these apartments was November 11, 1998; almost eleven years ago. They have changed the majority of the office staff along with maintenance. I just can't understand why a person can't be told the truth about any issue they have with this place. Maybe that's one of the job qualifications.
