This is one of the worst management companies that I have ever lived in...they are always nice when you see them in the office or talk on the phone but they will stab you in the back and screw you so bad when you least expect it. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!!!

Parking is a huge issue, if you don't get home really early you can expect to not find a spot. A new family just moved into my building, they smoke and leave the ashes and butts in the hallways...we called the office and asked them to have the resident smoke outside...nothing has happened and it has been a couple of weeks now. The smell is horrible-they could smoke on their patio, it would be better for everyone.

People do not clean up after their dogs, their is crap everywhere, so watch where you walk. They allow aggressive breeds, and don't require the dog to be leased or attended to while outside.

I wish I would have never moved in here, I am telling everyone I know to stay far far away!!! Do yourself a favor and skip Lake Village of Auburn Hills!!!
