Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001
 
Rude staff. Don't even look up when you enter their office. Bird droppings all around which are rarely cleaned.
Winters can be terrible. Metallic staircases turn very slippery with snow. I lived in the basement, so noise wasn't such a problem really. Apartment is old and worn out. Needs a overhaul.
