Not the best, but decent for the price... Worth a try.

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
I lived there for 2 years and have good memories. As far as I was concerned, service and maintenance were good. When the heater switch broke down late night at the end of November, the maintenance guy was on site within the hour. The appliances were a bit old but working properly. For what I was paying, I had no complaints.
HOWEVER, sound-proofing of the walls was terrible. I was on the lower level, and was therefore prone to hearing neighbors moving around upstairs. The ceiling above used to creak too much. The first year, the tenants above were extremely calm, so no problem there. But the 2nd year, a young couple moved in, and the nightmare began... I was able to distinctly hear them make love (no joke!), followed the next day by a cacophony of F-words and other profanities (good thing I had no kids at the time). As in all apartments, part of the living environment is forged by your fellow tenants. If you're next to nice, calm and considerate people, life is easier!
All said and done...It's worth the try.
