I lived there while I finished college at OU. I lived there by myself for a year. When I first signed the lease I have to admit, I was a little intimidated. The first night I stayed there without any furniture, I could hear everything below and beside me. With that being said, the soundproofing isn't the greatest. When I got my furniture in there, everything was pretty good.
Appliances a little outdated, but the main thing is, they worked and held what I needed. Although I did have a fairly new dishwasher.
Staff for the most part was friendly. Person that signed my lease with me looked like she was getting ready to go to a club (IE wasn't dressed very professionally) but other than that, everything was alright.
Again apartment itself was a bit outdated. Cold in the winter, warm in the summer, because the windows needed replacing really bad!!!
