The apartments are spacious (for the money), the laundry rooms are on the bottom floor, which i think is a nice feature, although you have to go outside, it does make it less noisy in your apartment. The grounds are kept nice, and the pool area was very pleasant. The staff was nice, courteous and prompt to repair things, for the money the place really can't be beat.
