If you want peace and quiet do not sign that lease. The walls are paper thin. I can hear conversations my neighbors are having in thier kitchens and living rooms, music, showers, televisions, dishwashers etc... I feel like I'm back at the dorms in college. There seems to be no soundproofing at all. You get what you pay for. I won't be signing a new lease.
