I am a current resident here at Meadowbrook. Within the first week of living here we realized that we were in for a long year. It is a circus in the apartment above us meaning there is a family of about fifteen that lives in a 2 bed apt. Everything youve read about this place how the walls and floors being paper thin is true. If you want to live in peace, this is not the place for you. I have about a week left here and the days couldnt pass any slower. The maintenance staff is great about fixing things. However, they charge for certain repairs. The complex staff for the most part is accomodating but the manager is out to lunch. A run in with her will leave a tenant very unhappy. They run a terrible business here and I would strongly encourage anyone considering this place as a home to reconsider. I would not recommend this place to anyone. You get what you pay for here.

It seems unjust to post a negative review due to the management abiding by the no pet policy of the lease agreement and not permitted the 2 gentlemen which have been living in apt 102 for just under 1 year keep a pit bull in their home for their final 2 weeks of residency and informing them the items in their apartment that have been broken or missing they are now requesting to have fixed or replaced may be chargeable if not considered normal wear and tear. If the family with 2 children were a disturbance, a simple phone call to our leasing staff was all that was required during their 12 month stay. We have residents who have been a part of our community for 1 month to 20 years that would contradict their opinion of the leasing staff and manager.
