We lived in Westbury for 2 years. The apartment was nice sized and at the time we had two cats, which really limited our choices. My major complaint was maintanence. Very rarely was anything fixed right in less than 5 visits. Our air conditioner for instance was out for the entire month of July the secend year we lived there. I know it took at least 5 attempts at fixing it before the installed a new compressor.

Somehting else I complained about several times was the security lights on the building. That one I am sure I complained about at least 6 times and they never fixed a single light. Not even after someone broke into our car.

Something good did come out of it all. After all of the frustration we had in renting from Westbury, we decided to make the jump to buying a house. We really weren't ready, but we did it anyway. Thanks Westbury!
