I was surprised by how quiet it is. I think that they must have new maintenance people here (after reading other people's comments) because they have been great. I haven't had too many problems, but when I do, they guys come out right away and fix it.

The ladies in the office are much better now! I am glad that they changed the manager. This one seems to care about you.

Overall, I really like it here and the location is good.
