I moved in last December. The buildings and grounds are not in the best condition, i.e. the landscaping could use some work and the equipment in the workout room is pretty dated, but they have been very attentive anytime I have called to request something.

Shortly after we moved in, the vent in the master bathroom went out. We called, and someone was there to replace it within the hour. Also, the seal on one of the windows was bad, and they fixed that the same day too. Same thing when I called to ask them to charge the A/C.

The people in the office are probably one of the best things about living here. They are all so friendly and accomodating, which is a real change from most places I've lived.
