I was considering renting here until I met with a rude leasing agent. When I asked the agent if it was a relatively quiet neighborhood, she cited a fair housing law and told me she couldn't answer that question. I thought that was really odd, because most communities will boast about being quiet if indeed they are. She abruptly ended the appointment and ushered me out the door without the chance to ask a couple more questions I had. If they are that rude when they don't even have your money, how rude will they be once they get it' At any rate, the inside of the townhomes looked great... the layout was awesome, the fixtures were nice, and the kitchen had a lot of cabinets/counter space. The outside looked a little run down, but the buildings are 20 years so that is to be expected. There is no storage to speak of (no basement either). Each townhome comes with a carport, but there aren't too many extra spaces if you have more than one car or wanted to invite guests over.

Wow, that's weird. I think they're all really nice! Very surprised.

It's not weird. She wouldn't answer it because these apartments are very loud, louder than average apartment noise. The area is nice, but the noise is constant.
