Bad place to rent

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
The fist week we moved in there was a shooting in the parking lot. There were always kids riding through the parking lot unattended had to tell them numorous times to stay away from out vehicles.
We left the apartment better than when we moved in and it still took them 3 months to return our deposit. I called everyday to see about it and never got anywhere. I don't think anybody knows how to check an answering machine cause we never got any calls back.
DO NOT RENT HERE!!!
