These apartments are fairly quiet, mostly friendly neighbors. The staff, however is completely incompetent. This apartment complex has switched management twice since I have moved in, and still has not gotten any better. When you place a service call, they have absolutely NO IDEA when it will be filled, and the 24 hour maintenance is a joke. The staff in the office is unfriendly and unwilling to do any actual work. All apartments have completely random prices, no apartments are the same price. Example, for a 2 bedroom apt, I pay $459, my neighbor across the hall who signed her lease 2 months before I did, who has the exact same apartment as I do only pays $399. Why is this' The management does not know. The office is completely unorganized, and twice the service men have left their key to my apartment IN my apartment while there completing service! How many keys do they have to my apartment' I will never know, and I will be moving out ASAP. Oh, and watch the addendums on the lease... to break your lease its 2x one months rent with 30 day notice.
