When I first moved in, I was overwhelmed by the smell of fresh paint. I thought it was nice, the setup was good. Within 3 weeks, i noticed that there was black mold growing under my sink and in the bathroom and the garbage disposal, shower faucet, shower knobs and the bathroom sink leaked, the heat/ac didn't work properly and there was the smell of mold in the heating ducts, I had issues with the locks on my door. Every time I stopped in to complain about it or called maintenance, it was always several calls before i could get anyone in to work on it. I moved out halfway through my lease because I couldn't take the mold. For as much as I paid per month, i could have gone elsewhere and been a lot better off.
